It is not illegal ... however ... if you get hurt rescue would take quite a long time depending on where you are on the mountain. Killington does not have rescue staff available and therefore rescue would be the responsibility of the local fire department and Vermont State Police.

5:40 p.m. back to light snow. but still snow!

Big flakes are falling at 5:30 p.m.

No guns until temps get consistantly below 28 degrees. Just one night this week so far, Thursday, then back into the upper 30s and 40s.
Also, Sunday River didn't blow snow - only water!
