Salomon 850

I used to run nothing but Salomon bindings on all of my skis, now the whole family is pretty much all on Tyrolia(except for my AT bindings)
So, it was a driver toe. Wouldn't second guess what happened but I have adjusted a lot of Salomon with that toe piece and the wings have to be right and the toe height has to be correct including using the .05 card properly. Salomon is a great binding but it does have some "quirky" adjustments. Mine have never failed me. Sorry hers were a problem. ; {

Andy, will Vee eventually be able to have those screws removed? I only have three. The metal one I can still feel...... still gives me the woolies when I feel it.

How is she doing today? Again, give her all my best. Hope she's not in too much pain. Give her some Jaeger.

I think, and please correct me if I'm mistaken, but isn't the ankle and the knee two different parts of the leg? :wink:

NOTE: Yes, Andy, Vee has been to the same Docs as MtnMan and I have been...... GREAT practice and they know the difference between a knee and an ankle.

And..... ICE is Vee's best friend right now.

Andy - How is V feeling today?
I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-train, I can take two and call me in the morning,
but I cannot take this sitting down. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna take five. -- Hawkeye

Doing better all the time, thanks. Starting to move around like a champ on crutches. Finally got a chance to read all the get well wishes which she truly appreciates. And she's been trying to figure out how she can get her ne boot into a binding :)

That's some impressive hardware.

Here's to a quick and speedy recovery. Hopefully you'll be on skis by the spring.

Wow, they're using a boot, not a hard cast even at the start? Is she allowed to take it off at all? When I did my achilles I was in a cast for about 10 days, before getting a boot for about 6 weeks or so, and it was OK to take the boot off as long as I wasn't putting any weight on the ankle. Anyway, glad things are looking up and she's starting to feel better.
