I do know that Ty makes an awesome chicken cutlet. She made it one night for a small impromptu dinner party at her house and it was awesome. Really with cutlet like that we didn't need the cheese!

Chicken cutlet is a favorite with my kids so I make it quite often. Junior has had those but he still insists that I should make him Chicken Parmigiana. I guess he does not know how to make it himself.

Pete Luger's is awesome! Spark's is not bad either.
Junior can cook, yes sir. Fish, shellfish, meat, poultry, pasta....you name it, I'll make it. Before the kids came along, we used to go out for dinner every night..living the NYC life, but after the kids, I started cooking again. I like to cook, and if I'm cooking, I ain't changing diapers. It's an added bonus.
