I can't beleive the response I got from this tool!

Also don’t tell me the state of Vermont has clamped down on this event. Its your silly rules that you have your Gestapo rent a cops enforcing that has ruined the spirit of BMMC. I hope you got the message from us loud and clear this week but the real question is do you care?
I know you guys are coming off a rough year. Skier visits must be down buy at least 10%. And I am sure you are not making friends with the local business owners on the access road. Have they sent the lynch mob out to your house yet.
I never thought I would ever utter these words but ASC was never this bad.
Feel free to contact me if you feel I am out of line or if your grand plan for the future has some exciting surprises in store for us. I doubt you or anyone else has the guts to respond.

Jesus H. Christ, if this isn't a hoax, this is the most pathetic, miserable excuse for "customer communication" I've ever seen.
Chris Nyberg, you are a terrible failure. Granted, your PR Clown Tommy Boy is bad enough -- useless at best, occasionally damaging at worst -- but you're supposed to be the Grown-Up here. Whining to someone's boss like a offended little bitch because you don't like their thoughts on your latest Giant PowdrKillington Clusterf-ck is the most worthless, low-rent, unprofessional, completely unacceptable action I've seen from a Killington employee in, oh, at least a few hours or so.
Again, I'm assuming this is legit. It may not be. But if it is... Oh, Chrissie, you literally cannot get the hell out of town fast enough. (And I'm certainly beginning to understand the reasoning behind Shortski's t-shirt).

Powdr should dock YOUR pay for taking the time to even type and click send. GET TO WORK....
Its painfully obvious that Powdr has pissed off the core Killington customer. You are hurting business on the access road, and turning customers away from the mountain. BMMC was a huge event for Killington and a HUGE draw. Its pathetic the turnout you had this past weekend. Im guessing Budweiser isnt going to come back and sponsor next year...zero turnout = zero people to push their product to...
If the current real estate market didnt suck so bad i'd sell and get a place near a mountain that cares about its "core" customers.
If your goal is to run the "beast of the east" into the ground you're right on track.

After looking into this matter it appears form all information that it a legit e-mail form Chris Nyberg. My apologies to BumpMeister. After our discussion and exchange of information he understands why KZone had to be sure it was legit......so I am unlocking this thread and unleashing the hounds from hell on Mr. Nyberg.
I am a little shocked that Mr Nyberg would take this path in dealing with what was a legitimate customer complaint/concern, I don't understand what he hoped to accomplish by contacting the person's employer, I'm completely baffled.

If he has time in his day, which includes listening to customer complaints, to reply to this original email and CC the individuals boss..hes got too much time on his hands and should be out WORKING..
