But you still drove up to take pictures. Skippy, we've gotta find you a girlfriend. There's gotta be some nice single girls up there in Bridgewater, yes?

Does anyone here have a nice Jewish grandmother they can set to work on this project?

If this guy isnt employed by Killington, then im Barrak Obama.

I dont care what he "tells KZone", he f*** works there....

M
Dear Mr. Obama,

Skiingsnow does not work for Killington.

Regards,

Jr
oh no, now they've gotten to you ...
If he was an employee, wouldn't he have an employee pass? He has the same pass as I do, and I sure as hell don't work for Powdr. He has a regular beast pass. I've seen it while riding the lift with him.

As for him having a close relative working for the mountain, well, that I couldn't say.

Is it that hard to believe that he really is just a kid from Bridgewater who's very into Killington? I was the same way when I first became a K regular. It became a passion with me just as it has with Skiingsnow.

What does it matter where he works or who he works for anyway? He serves a tremendous purpose for this community board, and I for one am damn glad he posts his pics everyday.

Let the little fella be. He's just a kid with a lot of passion for all things Killington. I commend him for that, and I'm a bit jealous as well as he reminds me of myself 25 years ago when I first fell in love with that mountain.

Keep up the good work SS.

Regardless, I'm glad he posts what he posts.
Exactly. Who cares where he works???

His pics are better than any "Snow Report" the mountain puts out. I'm grateful he takes them and posts here.

Seriously, those of you who continue to insist that skippy must work for the mountain need to give it up already. He provides a point of view and a valuable service to the board with his commentary and photos.
For a minute there it looked like Tom Horrocks and Chris Nyberg.

Not saying he doesn't get a little info from time to time from folks up there (not family) but so what?

He's single, no kids, has free time and enjoys taking pictures as a hobby. :|

The wind was brutal out there today and there was no escaping it. Vagabond and North Star were relatively good. Superstar and Needles areas were wind blown and firm. I thought Thimble would be good like yesterday, but no such luck - even that was wind blown and firm. Cruise Control was good late as there was nobody skiing over there since the lifts out of Needles area were down - but that's another story.

Finally got out there today. Was supposed to get up Friday, but that turned to Sunday night. Sucks, but sh*t happens.
Agree with MrsG 100%! Cold, hard and windy everywhere! Getting off the Superstar quad and making a left was brutal! Cruise control was nice, but no skyeship or needles sucked. F'n wind!

As far as SS, how many f'n times has this same crapola been posted? Who cares. He loves K. Is there a problem with that? I like the pics and so do most other Zoners...

Junior, when will you be hitting the Snowdon Quad Wed? I'll catch up with you guys there? PM me...

Skied all day. Highline was the most fun.

We need snow, bad. It was firm as hell out there today. Anything loose was blown off.

Cold and VERY windy. Absolute terror rocking back and forth on a stopped K1.
They closed the Northbrook Quad right after I came down Cruise Control (hard and FAST).
I stuck to the Superstar pod after that. I was on the new Volkl Tigershark 11 foots. A fun ski, but the 10 fts were probably better suited to the scratchy surfaces.

I caught an edge on lower Supe and almost busted my kazoo. Instead I did a 180 on the other ski and managed to recover my balance and get my foot back down.

Fun fun.

SS, I may not say thanks for your efforts very often, but I do indeed appreciate your pics and reports every time I read one, and I read them all. They're a great resource and I thank you for them.
