Doggie Daycare in Rutland or anywhere close to K?

Hello, Zoners! Long time no post for me!

Does anyone know of a good doggie daycare in Rutland, Mendon,or anywhere on the way up to K? We're feeling a little guilty leaving Bacon in the crate for so long, especially on Saturdays when we are in ski class. Would like to at least give him some play time also. He's only 10 months old and needs to burn off some energy during the day.

I saw online (and contacted) a place called 4 Paws VT and contacted them, but they are not open on Saturdays. Can you believe it? Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

For longer stays, we have on occasion used the Wunderland Pet Lodge just south of Rutland near the junction of 7 and 103. Phone: 802-773-8011.

Came up for brewfest and brought our dog over to Eastwood Animal Clinic on Route 4. Its down at the bottom of the pass across from Home Depot heading towards Rutland from K
Rates were very cheap. Dropped her off on Sat morn, picked up sunday afternoon. $14
She had private play time since she doesnt play well with others..
Heard about the place from SPORE.....Id tell you to ask him for more info but he has been placed in Kzone Time Out

Savannah stays at Rutland Vet every weekend I'm up at K. She loves it. Folks are there 24/7 to take care of the fur kids. The staff is wonderful!!!

@BoozeTan - We tried Eastwod Vet last weekend, really good people! Though I wonder if he had enough playtime...but it was all good. Their hours and prices worked great for us.

@Ozzy - We drove by Wunderland - their hours won't work for us since they open from 9 -12 on Saturday and 3-6 on Sunday. Too bad cause it's the closest to our ski house in Clarendon.

@Skibumtress - I'll try to call Rutland Vet to see if they will take an early drop-off.

@Gangstarider - Your link to Furry Child Daycare brought me to a locked Facebook page with no info. Is there another way to get info about them? Are they in Rutland or Killington?
