Top of Madonna Liftline is indeed very steep/gnarl, clearing the communications cables adds to the descent.
Don't think Rumble is in the same class as that. There's a ton of huck-stuff in New England...doesn't that qualify?
Skiers top right of Fiddle is under-rated, likely because everyone goes center-left.

At Jackson, left side of Tower 3 Chute has a section we call the driveway. Heavy-pitched, 8 feet wide for 50 feet.
I think that's tougher than Corbetts. You've got room in Corbetts once you clear the headwall.
The coolest thing about S&S is getting in there and then gearing up.

Better hurry, JH closes in 10 days.

Not a trail on the map, but under Little Pico Triple after a dump is pretty steep and gnarly. After the last big snowfall someone pretty much straight lined the cliff rocks near the top.

Don't know of anything in bounds at Jackson Hole that's that tough.

You know how I know you are a retard?

Stay on the east and ski the big bad steep blacks there. Don't go out West and make a fool out of yourself.

I've skied Corbets a 100 times so i know from which i speak. The area 50 feet to the right of Tower 3 Chute has some tight lines no wider then the width of your ski, that you really can't ski. It's more of a " get your self in a pickle and side step your self down the mountain." Other then that the only tough spot is Alta Zero which i guess has not opened this year for lack of snow.

Don't let the thin air get to your head. The West is not that tough. Even in the worst conditions your skies have a solid edge so you never get that feeling of being on the cusp.

Have you skied WA yet? I scare the sh*t out of myself at least a few times a year now. Ask Rusty if it's steep in PNW.... :Toast

Yo Montes !
Yeah, the driveway is what we call those lines.
You're spot on ... full elevation out of the snow and gravity reverse swivel is about the only way down those things.
Doing it RR-track style is certain death. Last time in Corbetts was 2010...lip was >30' that year.
Apres-vous withdrawl overwhelmed me this year. Wanted to go just to check for gear placed in Hole-in-the Wall.

Catch you at the Stagecoach next year :like

You are toooooo funny

Wish we could join you at Sunday River; however, sharing 55 trails with 4,000 Brits is not my idea of Spring skiing . . . hope you, A and friends have an awesome time  :Toast

...and Driving 500 miles to rent a hotel room and ski the same 4 trails for a week is not my idea of a good spring skiing holiday. Honestly, if only SS quad and even one more lift were turning I'd be there. I think I could twist my logic enough to make it justifiable, and also sell the idea to my lady  I'll miss hanging out with the usual suspects this season
I've read estimates on here that there will be about 2,000 Brits at SR but who knows. Hopefully they'll mostly be on the bunnies.
