I think the normal snowfalls at J and K are about 350" and 250" respectively, so a 100" difference is normal. I agree J has the best trees in the East, after that not so great.

only if you are a local and can go on a dime at the drop of hat... otherwise, very overrated hill... the snowfall total for the place is incredibly deceptive... fresh snow after a dump, the place is as good as any for sure.. the trees are rivaled only by MRG and STOWE...but that being said, the lift layout is sub par, the weather 80% of the time is not good and still , despite 100 inches more , they may be outlasted by K....overrated hill no doubt
