Fat skis do make you look cool. That is why I love surf on the wide boards. Still thinking of the new Volkl Katana's that I had the chance to demo for 3 days last season. Carbon fiber lightweight, 110 under foot and super thin. At around $1500 with bindings a smart salesman would sell these super cool skis to the idiot.
