The Ravens played the Giants at MetLife Stadium last Sunday and they play the Jets at MetLife this Sunday. I wonder if this is the first time in NFL regular season history that a team plays in the same stadium as the visitor two weeks in a row.
Never argue with idiots. They will bring you down to their level, then overwhelm you with their experience.

I think the Saints played at a non-home site after Katrina. That would have been the home team, playing at the same non-home stadium consecutive weeks. Not sure I've seen the away team in the same stadium two weeks in a row...

Since it's the only city with multiple NFL loser teams playing there, it's quite likely.
What I wonder is whether this legislation will go anywhere ..

$149B annual estimated bookie spend.
Combine tax/fees on that with federal tax on pot.
That would cover a few new roads and bridges.

Wonder who is plying Congress/Senate with $$$ to keep other states from having legalized gambling.brownman wrote:Since it's the only city with multiple NFL loser teams playing there, it's quite likely.

Considering that there are over 1400 casinos now open in the USA.
Beware of fools & trolls here, they lurk everywhere.

IMHO .. Legalize and levy .. these days, it would make 'cents'.
A guy we know has run book for decades .. did well many years within the underground economy.
Although, from week to week in football season he'd drive either a Benz or a broke-down pickup
The FanDuel DraftKing phenomenon has significantly impacted his livelihood.
He's had to rethink his entire revenue strategy.
Mashantucket economy surge shows no sign of stopping.
Always amazed at the # of MA license plates in their parking lot.
Too bad Commonwealth missed the boat on that.
NH blew it as well. Lakes Region would've been perfect.
So it goes.
PS .. PATs giving 7 is sketchy ..
