Ooof. I've skied the Light to Flume in mid October after hiking up.

First thing I did when I woke up was check the Cannon webcam, snow there too, but the MRG cam is better, foliage with snow at the top.

Stormchaser, thanks for reposting, I searched around for that video a couple mornings ago...definitely one of my favorites I've seen! I haven't been on Kzone for too long, but I heard you have a funny moose video also, I'd love to see that one if you still have it (I searched before, but couldn't find it). Think Snow

Yikes! Nothing funny about that, I also had a "moose" experience, a friend and I were fishing from a canoe at a small pond and we see a moose appear nearby on the shore so I say lets get closer and my friend says "no, moose are more dangerous than you think, he might attack us just for fun"...he barely finished the sentence and the moose charges out into the water at us. The pond wasn't too deep, but luckily he couldn't move fast in the mud but you never saw two guys paddling a canoe any faster. Thanks for sharing it though!

Biked down from the top today and measured a little more than an inch on the picnic tables at the top. Pretty sick.

Based on snow-forecast, I'm thinking an opening on Friday for passholders and Saturday for everyone is likely.

If they open Friday the 19th, Rusty will win the opening day contest.
