I was checking webcams (It's snowing, but maybe they got 1/2 inch so far) and found this:
What will need to happen for you to re-open?
Our goal is to re-open when we can, and we cannot underestimate the extreme fluidity of our current situation. We continue to believe in the powerful value of spending time in the mountains, enjoying nature and the outdoors, and this is why we will continue to reassess our approach with the hope of being able to resume operations at the appropriate time. Any resumption of operations will be done in careful coordination with health authorities. We look forward to welcoming everyone back when circumstances improve, hopefully for winter but if not, summer operations. Pico Mountain is closed for the season. We will continue to assess when the Pico Fitness Center and Killington Grand Hotel can re-open.
Will I get a credit for my season pass?
We are fortunate to have had a great season and we can understand that you – like us – are disappointed it came to an unexpected halt. While we’ve been focused on doing what we can to support one another and healthily navigate this public health crisis together, we have not lost sight of our loyal passholders. We are developing a way to thank our pass holders for choosing Killington Resort. We hope to be in touch by early May via email with a plan that takes all of our pass holders into consideration.
I have a pre-paid ticket or voucher that I can no longer use. What do I do?
We are handling requests regarding tickets and vouchers on a case-by-case basis. Please complete our online form using the link below for assistance and an agent will contact you directly. Please note that due to many requests for assistance and a limited team working remotely it may take several days to get a response.

Are uphill travel routes open?
All uphill travel routes are closed and access to the mountain at Killington and Pico for any reason is prohibited at this time.

gov scott has begun the process of reopening businesses in vermont. small incremental steps but it's a start. it's a long shot but i haven't totally given on the mtn reopening if only for a few weeks in may. hopefully sooner for uphill travel. we'll see ...
gmngc appears to be moving ahead with getting the golf course open for the season. i can see an easing of that restriction soon as soon.

When you click on the contact form they say no need to submit a form about some pre-purchases.
