Picking up e-tix

Post by KBL Ed »

Hey there. Long time no "chat".

We purchased some e-tix last fall. I believe there are kiosks or something where we can pick them up? My question is: if we're skiing Tuesday, can I pick them up Monday somewhere? If so, what the closest place to Anthony Way?

Thanks.

OK it looks like there are kiosks at the bases. And since these tix are anytime tickets, I suppose I can pick them up at anytime. Unless they shut down the kiosks at 4 or something (I won't be there until after 4, probably).

Answered my own question! "See" you in another 10 years or so!

I used kiosk to get my new one pass it was very easy you scan bar code and it spit out a card. If you already have a one pass you just reload online and go right to lift.

I recently went through this process.

You should have an account on Killington.com which you used to purchased the K tickets last Fall. If you log onto your account they should show up under "Vouchers". Also on your account you can see "Group Members". This will be you and anybody else in your family. You can add family members and friends to your group and add their OnePass number (20 digit number of back of OnePass). You can then redeem vouchers to yourself or anybody else in your group. If someone is not in your group but they have OnePass, you can choose the "Email" option for any voucher and the voucher will be emailed to that person and they can assign/redeem the voucher you emailed them to their OnePass. No need to go to a ticket window or kiosk to do any of this.

However if the person you want to give the voucher to does not have a OnePass, then they need to first buy one online (from their Killington account). They will get an email with a barcode to that has to be scanned at a kiosk to get the physical OnePass RFID pass. You don't know your OnePass ID until you have it physically so to apply a voucher to a OnePass that has been purchased but not "in hand" you have to call the Killington plan a trip call center and get one of the agents to apply one or more of your vouchers to the yet-to-be-printed OnePass of your friend or family member.

Good luck.

Yes, this is what I discovered when I tried to pick up my tickets. When I purchased the K Tix last fall, I thought I read everything that needed to be done, but the steps you described here was not made clear. No major problem; I was able to do this at a ticket window. But it wasn't clear when I purchased the K tix.
