seems expensive but good for sal. maybe it's apples and oranges and it was pre-covid but the highline lodge right across the street sold for $450K. an inn w 13 rooms, dining room, bar, game room etc.

Even though there were quite a few pgrades when it became it's latest incarnation, that place needed a ton of work.

Around here (Bergen County) the trend is to replace good pubs with crappy SW / Mexican joints. Let's hope that trend doesn't spread northward.
