Fantastic day. The snow is holding up surprisingly well. A bit of a line. Did the 11-2 shift. Did a great job freezing the upper headwall after they pushed snow on it. I heard they used urea. Quite a few places on the right side were showing dirt and rocks but if you stayed mostly left you could avoid it. Bumps got reset completely with the full groom job but the lines that formed had some fun flow, and you could get some speed. Skis off on the lift was the only minor annoyance. Great day!!

3-5 shift. A little hard, but still possible, to avoid the rocks at the top of the head wall, otherwise great. Bumps not quite as tight as some days, but everything held up really well.

indeed a fantastic day. sunshine was in full control until the last hour when some clouds rolled in. the mtn did another terrific job grooming. whatever they used on the headwall, it did a great job. it was actually rather firm at least the first couple hours and held up quite well. took a lot longer before the rocks began to show up there. looks like there's still enough snow for another push tonight. there were a couple of rocky areas that developed lower down. bumps reformed nicely. longer line and a lot more peeps.

Parked at 7 with tele Rich. and Paul d.

Out at the bell 10 min line. Great 8 runs until 10.

Good umbrella bar until golf at 1:30.

Back for the power hour. But never got the boots on.

Good to meet glen place on the board. Great picnics in bay 2 and the accces road until 9.

Rinse and repeat Sunday.

After making the decision to stay in the flatlands, Dad and Younger Son had a late Friday change of heart and blasted up. Skied from 8:30-10:30, maybe a half a dozen runs or so. Fun atmosphere and better coverage than I would have guessed based on the webcam view.

Fun morning and great way to cap off the season. Celebrated with sandwiches from the deli and making sure the milk and yogurt etc had been tossed from the fridge before the house sits in reduced usage mode for a while.
