Goose egg. 0. nada. zilch.

I can't believe you guys hike up there. All that work! And then you put on frozen boots, right? I hadn't even thought about the frozen boots until someone mentioned it to me today.

I think I would rather just go for a regular hike, but to each their own.

I'll wait for the chairs to run.

One.

Boots aren't frozen- unless you get snow in them.

The hike up is pretty easy. It pretty much is a 'regular' hike except carrying your gear.

Agreed. Also, if you tele, you hike/skin in the boots you ski in.

None. Thought about hiking yesterday, but the little lady made me a better offer.....

Did walk around in front of KBL with the pups a little yesterday afternoon, that's got to be worth something......

If you put the boots in your pack against your back they are actually warm when you put them on.

You hike in your snowboard boots and carry your board under your arm?

Yeah, that sounds a lot easier than hiking with your boots in a pack and your skis and poles strapped to the pack.

Mine were pretty stiff and it took a lot of effort to get them on. Iceman had the same problem. We both have Lange boots which are notorious for being real stiff if it's cold.
