The goal is Max 5 for REGULAR ski school classes.
I normally would have been there last week to help with the British Invasion but this year the Brit Week and Pres Week are the SAME! Those big groups with an instructor were probably Brit kids and my goal has always been to get them all around the area as much as possible, including a trip over to Bear's Den or whatever the restaurant is now.
FWIW: I DO teach that you should not run over other skiers and riders as when you do that you get blood and guts on the bottom of your skiis and it slows you down and ruins your fun for the rest of the day. Also to always check uphill before you start so you don't wind up the blood and guts under somebody else's boards cause that REALLY spoils your fun for the rest of the day.
