My favorite post included this gem:
I dunno... seems a little after-the-fact, don't you think?SnoBrdr wrote:Maybe Nyberg will ask that for a return to a longer season that JR be kicked off.
I believe he was referring to "Junior;, who now posts infrequently.JerseyGuy wrote:I dunno... seems a little after-the-fact, don't you think?SnoBrdr wrote:Maybe Nyberg will ask that for a return to a longer season that JR be kicked off.
Does SnoBdr know junior? I thought it was typo. JR instead of JG.Big Bob wrote:I believe he was referring to "Junior;, who now posts infrequently.JerseyGuy wrote:I dunno... seems a little after-the-fact, don't you think?SnoBrdr wrote:Maybe Nyberg will ask that for a return to a longer season that JR be kicked off.

POWDR's biggest problem right now is trust. They have a credibility problem, largely of their own making. Until they fix that, nothing else they do will make any difference. They need to understand and fix that first. It will be painful, and it will take time.
Tom used to participate on Kzone but stopped after being repeatedly attacked. It just wasn't worth the frustration. Ive talked with him one on one and via email and he has always tried to answer my questions when he could.Big Bob wrote:I think Powdr should take a cue from the president of Alpine Meadows who explained to the customer base why they were closing early. It seems that the vice president of Boyne reads the information on these chat rooms that pertain to their resosts and takes a close look at the suggestions and responds and takes action as required. I feel this goes a long way to building customer trust and loyalty. Perhaps if Tom could chime in now and then, dispel rumors, and keep us up to date and informed, they might see an increase in the bottom line. Positive word of mouth advertising is very effective, and it is free!
