Roll call for 1/23-1/24

The Dork family is heading up tomorrow night because we have to put Iceman on the KMS bus by 7 AM Friday for the competition in Waterville. The rest of us will be on the slopes on Friday. Snow Princess has a competition at Stratton Saturday so Dork is probably going there and he plans to go to Waterville on Sunday.

Why don't you deal with the kids skiing agenda for once and let Dork ski with his friends at Killington. Everytime I look for him on the hill, he's somewhere else with the kids, yet I see you at Killington skiing almost all of the time. Just doesn't seem fair. Let the Dorque play!!

We'll be at MRG on Friday and K Sat and Sun. See ya all on the hill (except Dorque of course).

It actually works out great because I love being at the comps and video-ing. IMO nothing better in the world. So we make a good team.

Andy - the course is on World Cup which is way over on lookers right of the mountain. I'll be at the bottom with my video setup.

We'll be up with friends, but sans kids. Youngest is entered in her first dog sledding race over in NH. She's wanted to be a musher since about 4th grade.

Now I find out the guy I work with who normally works Saturdays is taking this Saturday off, and I'm on call. He was gonna do patches for me. I have to hope that one of the folks in Texas can do me a solid and do the patches. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Reno and I tried dog sledding when we went to Breckenridge a couple years ago. They let you take turns mushing and riding in the sled. We had a blast!!

Dork loves to film the kids competitions so it makes sense that he goes to them rather than me. Plus I would want to do some skiing at the mountain and that means spending money for a lift ticket. Dork does not ski at all when he goes to these competitions. It's his choice. Just ask him.
