I would expect a full chair load out and 800 FPM in normal service. The lift profile is not overly long, no need to let it rip at design speed every hour of operation unless the situation warrants it: all of SS/Skye open, extremely busy, K-1 down, etc.

In reality filling 6 seats consistently is harder than filling 4 seats, so if they run it at a slower speed the uphill capacity will be less.

Usually to fill up the chairs on a 6 pack, you need staff to group people, while on a quad, you can get closer to full capacity without it.

The flip side is that it's easier to have a longer loading interval than a shorter one. With a quad, a capacity of 3000 per hour requires a loading interval of 4.8 seconds, while a 6 pack can do the same thing with a 7.2 second interval. It's almost completely impossible to run a lift with a less than 6 second interval, so the best you're getting with a quad is 2400.

If you are changing the lift why not run it up the left side and unload so you can easily go left to Sky Hawk/Sky Lark, go right to Superstar/Ovation or out the back door to Bear. It would eliminate poleing uphill to SH/SL and manovering around a goat path to get to Superstar

Hi. Welcome.

You can get to SH SL without really poleing uphill if you can figure out how!
Goes to show, you don't never know
Watch each card you play, and play it slow

I took the dog for a walk up there this afternoon and noticed every chair had three barrels on it , anyone know why they would be doing a load test ?

And due to that the the snowmaking pipes are on lookers left and would plaster the lift if it was on the other side.
