I don't think that's correct. Profits are the result of a combination of investment into capital and labor. Much of productivity gain comes from investment in capital, like machines and computers, so why should that all go to the worker? Surely the owner/investor should benefit. If they didn't benefit, why would they bother to make the investment?

Was at Mount Snow today. There’s no amount of snowmaking power or natural snow depth that’ll make up for their lack of expert terrain.

I have a soft spot for Idler. Have they gotten rid of that goddamn road they slashed across it? Even Snowshed is ever shrinking. Used to be a fine beginner complex.

I've had fun there on good condition days when it wasn't crowded. It is what it is. And what it is on crowded days I just don't want to experience again anytime soon.

The dirt road goes to the compressor pad and has been there since I started skiing Killington in the late 80s.

I for sure had fun at Mt. Snow on Monday. But, I hadn’t been there in ~20 years and I guess never realized how flat it is. I spent a weekend there about 30 years ago. Did the North Face all day Saturday, with just about every trail all bumped up from top to bottom.
