Anyone buying him a beer?
In all seriousness though. What happens if people with children enter the store and he is there? Does he have to leave the premises? Does he have requirements like many people who are registered sex offenders....aka can't be in the vacinity of those 17 and under etc? I guess it would depend if he were the only adult in the presence of said child.

Ask ski about the beer, after all, it is his boss.
Does anyone actually know what his conditions were upon release?

Torrey will have 5 years of Federal Probation. He will not be allowed to be around minors without somebody else being there, nor will he be able to go near schools, playgrounds, or where minors congregate. Federal Probation will give him regular polygraph tests and if they are unhappy with the results, they will confine him to a halfway house, or worse. He will have to have a full risk evaluation and undergo treatment for as long as 52 weeks.

While I am not a defender of Rick per se and I have been a bit hard on him.
He has done his time and needs to be left alone.
If he re offends all bets are off but at this point he's free.
