So DeSantis is anti-mask and anti-vaccine, but he’s authorized the state to deploy strike teams to long-term care facilities and single-family homes to give people monoclonal antibody treatment.
For the fiscal conservatives - monoclonal antibodies cost the federal government $2,100/dose. Vaccines cost $39 dollars/full series.

He's not anti-mask and anti-vaccine, he's anti-government mandates. Get it right.XtremeJibber2001 wrote: ↑Aug 12th, '21, 18:58 So DeSantis is anti-mask and anti-vaccine, but he’s authorized the state to deploy strike teams to long-term care facilities and single-family homes to give people monoclonal antibody treatment.

Entirely-Republican Supreme Court in TX has blocked Abbott’s attempt to ban school mask mandates.

I just looked at the Johns Hopkins site for the first time in a while... care to guess total number of vaccines administered to date?
4.8 Billion.
I feel better already. 4.8 billion in what, 8 to 9 months? 16 million in the last 28 days in the US.

Yup, sorry... let me dumb it down for you... he's anti-government mandates that infringe on your constitutional rights... read the constitution sometime, Skippy.XtremeJibber2001 wrote: ↑Aug 12th, '21, 19:30Anti-government mandate like the mandate he passed banning private businesses from requiring a mask?throbster wrote: ↑Aug 12th, '21, 19:18He's not anti-mask and anti-vaccine, he's anti-government mandates. Case law would disagree with your assertion that a mask mandate violates the constitution. The 10th Amendment provides states rights like mask mandates and other actions to protect public health.throbster wrote: ↑Aug 19th, '21, 23:10Yup, sorry... let me dumb it down for you... he's anti-government mandates that infringe on your constitutional rights... read the constitution sometime, Skippy.XtremeJibber2001 wrote: ↑Aug 12th, '21, 19:30Anti-government mandate like the mandate he passed banning private businesses from requiring a mask?throbster wrote: ↑Aug 12th, '21, 19:18He's not anti-mask and anti-vaccine, he's anti-government mandates. I think we’ll learn in time that DeSantis mask ban is unconstitutional.

Re: NSR: Corona Virus - You Can Start Panicking Now
There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that prohibits states from imposing mask mandates. If you disagree, cite the part of the Constitution that prohibits it.
Now if you're talking about a state constitution, well, maybe. I'm not familiar with all of them. However, I tend to think there's nothing about a mask mandate that would offend the provisions of any state constitution. I'm of course open to whatever evidence you might have to the contrary.
Now if you want to talk about the insanity of DeSantis' executive orders specifically, there are multiple legal challenges currently pending regarding his constitutional authority to prevent school boards or private businesses from requiring masks. So, ironically, in issuing executive orders to protect some non-existent constitutional right not to wear masks, DeSantis might actually be violating his own state's constitution.

Anybody see the story on Trump getting booed at a rally for encouraging his followers to get the vaccine?

No one saw that because the corrupt MSM won’t show Trumps huge rally’s. The crowd was booing mandatory shots not President Trump and your failed spin continues to make you look like a loser and a fool.
