really? that would totally suck. why no early park up in the glades? mouse and bunny are nice runs to lay down some trenches...

upper mouse > mouse trap > lower chute is one of my favs on snowdon. would hate to find a park up there, but whatever.

Agree 100%. Hope it's just for early season.

Is snowmaking underway again on Downdraft Headwall?? It kinda looks like it from K1 cam, but with snowmaking on Highline is tough to see.

Great day. Temps were dropping fast by 4 and it was cooling down rather quickly.

Snow was firm, but ski-able, not ice, but without sharp edges underfoot it occasionally posed a challenge. The snow also dramatically improved from 10-1, and then went down slightly as the temps dropped again. It got worked in some and was pretty good around noon though. I spent the majority of my day lapping Rime.

The snow on Mouse Trap was great! Those guns make an awesome consistency snow in these temps. The snowmakers more towards the bottom weren't my favorite, but a wet snow layer now there is likely a good base-builder.

Certainly cannot complain about re-opening day.
