The stupid asshole VT governor just extended the stay at home order through May 15. WTF?

no kidding...this is pure insanity at this point...how the fvck long are we supposed to shut down virtually every aspect of the economy and daily life to save a potential <1% - 3% max percentage of the population?

no one wants to be the first to "go back to work" in case it doesn't work out...plenty of deniability in being over cautious cuz everyone else was too...

a good portion of the country can re-open employing best safe practices...much of the rest can work towards that goal by getting any and all "non contact" aspects up and running, w plans to expand as practical...concerts, huge public gatherings, cruises, resort areas etc not so much...

that's an emotional response...and no model is even remotely suggesting a number anywhere near 900k in the US...that's 9 times the current global death toll...

3% of the population is about 900000, u put that number out, not me.
