My brother just retired NYPD. He had very little respect for cops who spent their lives writing tickets......

That's the trouble with our police as they spend too much time goofing off and too little doing their jobs.

Considering that he spent his time patrolling the South Bronx and Harlem, worked anti-crime and then as a Seargent supervising a street crimes unit and then retired with a line of duty after nearly getting killed in a high speed chase, my little brother so did his job.
