I'd be very careful.... There is a very fine line between voicing your opinion and acting out and attacking. That might put YOU in a very "delicate" place - especially if he was skiing with friends....

Listen to you defend a pedophile. You have some investment here? It sounds like you might. I have already stated that I won't ever step foot in the Basin again, and I have provided reasons why. I am sure Rick has heard it from his own family.
To go and berate him is nonsense, and to imply physical actions is ludicrous. How would it feel to beat up old man Torrey? I wouldn't want to be known as the guy that beat some old guy to bits. I know after thinking about it, he should boil, but in our system we have to have faith in the judicial system.
I just wish he would go away as I have said and leave, sell or gift the shop away. The sooner he is gone the better. I would feel rather unsettled to see him enjoying himself on the slopes, but I would not accost him. I will leave that for the courts and unfortunate for him prison.

I am not defending a pedophile and I have not seen one person on this board defend him or what he did. That seems to be your favorite attack for anyone that questions you.

He plead guilty and now he will pay the price. People here have only stuck up for his family that having nothing to do with his choices.

To recap(and I will do this just once for you... just for you) I was asked if I would confront Torrey with my opinion of what he has done. I responded that I will give him a piece of my mind if I see him on the hill and anywhere else in town except the Basin, which I will never step inside again as long as he is the owner. It's interesting that you purposefully flip that simple statement into a threat of violence. Now why would you do that? Why?
