I certainly wouldn't sue (unless I thought the ski area was grossly negligent), and I think most skiers understand the hazards of walking anywhere in winter. I don't know if she will sue but be aware that she was wearing snow boots with very good traction and she slipped regardless because it was very icy. He sent me for an MRI and it shows that I have more than one fracture and he says it will be 4-6 more weeks doing PT and not skiing. So it looks like I will miss most of the good skiing this season.
