Well beyond simple harassment and close to home in Ludlow.
This individual sounds like a vile and disturbed sexual predator. Doesn’t diminish the unfortunate fact Faux News employees worked for a company led by sexual predators - from the top down.
Fox News host Jesse Watters tells a crowd how to go after Fauci to harass him in public: “Now you go in with the kill shot - deadly. Because, with an ambush, he doesn’t see it coming.”

And your quote is truncated to serve your purpose. I tried to find a more complete video, with what was said prior. Haven't found it yet. The leftoshpere is full of the one clip though. Clearly a metaphor. Watters was advocating a line of questioning on Fauci concerning COVID's origin. From what I've seen so far, this will do the left more damage in it's over reaction that any damage to the right or Jesse Watters. Killing metaphors run abundant in our speech. And.... um... Killington.
I did find this gem though, courtesy of some bizarre search engine algorithm. Watters World in Vermont, from July, 2014:

While this is true, I think we should condemn public officials and news media people who use that kind of violent language because, as we have seen, there are many who are willing to take it too far and do things like kidnap governors and storm capitol buildings. It's unnecessarily incendiary speech that, while a legal exercise of free speech, should be frowned upon socially.

Here's the entire TP USA conference. James starts at 2:14 and goes to 2:44. 2:26 is the context before he goes into what I quoted above. If you don't think any folks watching are taking this literally, I submit to you January 6th.

I agree to a point. I wouldn't be at all surprised if some suit at Fox sat Watters down and said that was poor judgement. However I hate the thought of snowflake based language police. The accent needs to move towards responsibility for your own actions, not away from it, not blaming it on someone else's comments.

Eh, in context, it's not so bad. He even starts saying "You have to be respectful." He's asking people to basically do what reporters do, by asking hard questions. I agree with Moose that the left's over-reaction will do more damage to their cause than this silly speech ever would. I still think that kind of violent language referencing kill shots and ambushes should be avoided, though.
I agree that the idea of a snowflake language police is not good. I do think we should be able to share our opinion though on the words people use. As for personal accountability, this is the thing with cancel culture- if someone says something offensive and their employer fires them for it, and that person blames "cancel culture" they are certainly not taking personal accountability for the consequences of their own actions.
