Glad to hear the metal is out. From personal experience I can tell you , it will be MUCH better! I had 5 screws (don't go there , zoners ; } ) and a plate so she beats me on that score but do the PT and get your calcium. Once they give the go ahead stick with the weight training. Be strong!! Good Luck!
