Glad to hear the metal is out. From personal experience I can tell you , it will be MUCH better! I had 5 screws (don't go there , zoners ; } ) and a plate so she beats me on that score but do the PT and get your calcium. Once they give the go ahead stick with the weight training. Be strong!!
