Delving a bit more into this April 7 SCOTUS decision - the relationships among the judges are starting to seem pretty acrimonious. The main opinion refers to the dissenting opinions derisively, saying, "For all the rhetoric of the dissents..."
Sotomayor's dissenting opinions includes this rhetoric:
The Government’s conduct in this litigation poses an extraordinary threat to the rule of law. That a majority of this Court now rewards the Government for its behavior with discretionary equitable relief is indefensible. We, as a Nation and a court of law, should be better than this. I respectfully dissent.
Jackson's dissent includes this rhetoric:
With more and more of our most significant rulings taking place in the shadows of our emergency docket, today’s Court leaves less and less of a trace. But make no mistake: We are just as wrong now as we have been in the past, with similarly devastating consequences. It just seems we are now less willing to face it.
Also note that Barrett is among those dissenting. She's really starting to move toward the middle on some of these issues.
barrett has turned into my favorite trump surprise. shes far from perfect and i disagree with her on most things but the way she views trump with contempt is priceless.
That article became almost laughable when it said Biden’s pardons were not treated as controversial by the networks.

You do realize that foxnews is the biggest MSM out there correct?
The study included ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts from January 20 to April 9 .
Fox is #1 because the legacy media is so biased and get most stories wrong. Intelligent people understand this.
I have 787 million reasons that prove Faux News bias. You’ve got a story from Fox News “proving” bias on other networks. Let’s move along…

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Trump administration has reached a preliminary agreement to settle a wrongful death lawsuit brought by the family of Ashli Babbitt over her shooting by an officer during the U.S. Capitol riot, attorneys said on Friday.
Lawyers for Babbitt’s estate and the Justice Department told a judge in Washington’s federal court that they have reached a settlement in principle, but the details are still being worked out and the final agreement has not yet been signed. The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
Babbitt’s estate filed the $30 million lawsuit last year over her fatal shooting when she attempted to climb through the broken window of a barricaded door leading to the Speaker’s Lobby inside the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
The Capitol Police officer who shot her was cleared of wrongdoing, by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, which concluded that he acted in self-defense and in the defense of members of Congress. The Capitol Police also cleared the officer.

Fox News is nothing more than entertainment for morons
they literally argued in court that they are not factual news but entertainment yet fascists fall for their sh*t hook line and sinker.
Read the book “Network of Lies” for the full story on Fox’s lies about the 2020 election. It’s all taken right from the court records. Anyone who takes their programming as “news” or takes their opinions seriously is either a fool or an idiot. Although not quite rising to the same level, I don’t watch anything on MSNBC for the same reason nor do I pay much attention to CNN as well. Cable news networks are pretty much all the same with the exception of CNBC for business news.
