So far the weather looks pretty mild and the skiing should be pretty good. Tim Kelley (yes, that Tim Kelley from NECN) was skiing in the r*in at Kiillington today and said the snow was holding up very nicely. Looks like cold temps and maybe snowmaking for Friday night, Saturday night and beyond. So as of now, this is only a minor bump on the road.

Actually met him in the lodge, then followed him and his posy down. That boy can ski! He didn't beleive that I watched him - asked what the hell I was doing there if I listened to him...........
Snow - 10, Terrain - 10, Lift Lines - 10, Weather - 1, Lunch at Long Trail - 10. Had a great day Wednesday despite the r*in. Definitely the best terrain in the East right now. Skied a couple thin cover trails off Snowdon and Superstar - pretty much had them to ourselves. Cascade to East Ridge to East Fall was great but more traffic. Snow was holding up great. Hate to try it with the weekend crowd however - not trying to bum you out. It is limited lifts and terrain. We need some snow, or at least another cold spell. Great work Killington on the job you have done so far under these extreme cicumstances. Go early. First Gondi, a couple laps, over to Superstar for a couple, over to Snowdon etc...... 8)
