Maybe she doesn't know how to make Chicken Parm. She usually would have responded by now.

I don't know since SkiDork is cooking tonight. As far as knowing how to make Chicken Parmigiana, I do know how to make it but just choose not to since both SkiDork and I should not be eating cheese because of the cholesterol factor. This past weekend alone I had several high cholesterol items. I've got to get back to being good for my health sake.

Q. Why did the US Postmaster have to recall its series of stamps depicting famous Frenchmen?

A. People were confused about which side to spit on.

We had chicken parm for dinner last week. Here's my recipe: marry a good cook! Actually...marry someone who likes to cook...even if it's not that good, if I don't have to make it, I don't complain.

LOL... well not necessarily lots, but specifically a glass of red wine with dinner.
