Was good for me so far. Didn't ski yesterday so i'm not comparing it to that. Had to take the shuttle from bear over to Snowshed to get my pass. Signed waivers in person etc. etc. My pals scanned at snowshed but wouldn't at k1, girl was busting my pals balls saying the waiver was not signed..was told to go back to snowshed as soon as we got back down...haven't gone back yet. We'll see if it scans over at bear this afternoon. Conditions seemed good to me.. on the other hand it was my 1st day all season. Foggy this morning, cleared up a bit by afternoon. Superstar lift on wind hold this am. Ambassador Bob was posted at the trail head to coops and had it on lock :smash Obviously on a power trip. chilled for a moment with my pal until it was clear he was waiting around for us. Few other folks rolled up and asked him whattup, he said he would take all our tickets if we crossed the line

 Another 10-12" or so last night!! Knee to thigh deep found on some wide open slopes!!

I was out from 9 till a little after 1 and today was the best day I have had this season!

Superstar Quad was the only thing that was windhold (as far as I know). Winds strong early then calmed down a bit, but was kicking up again this afternoon.

What a freakin day!! Did wait in liftlines at the K1 Gondola and Skyeship Gondola Stage 2.

Sunny at Bear to start and then just about everywhere by mid morning.

Lapped the Snowdon Quad, Skyeship Gondola Stage 2, and the Skye Peak Express. Skied many laps on those three! Did hit the K1 a couple times too...

Panic Button and the Upper portion of Lower Needles Eye were a bit windblown, other then that, everything I skied and saw seemed really great!

Pics in a few minutes!!

got out for a few hours today. rode the canyon trails which were all pretty much nice and deep on the sides and over the edge. highline was a little mogully, but skiers right down the bottom was DEEP. bittersweet was good skiers left. bear rode alright considering the herbs have skied it off down low. upper pipe dream is a facking mess, grass and rocks showing everywhere, so i heading back over to great eastern to get to bear. didnt get into too many woods today as im riding tonight as well. mardi gras party at west mtn in glens falls tonight. havent been night riding in a long time...

Something wrong here's, I can understand him having the authority to stop you from going on closed trails, but out of bounds?

don't know whether he has the right or not but i've never seen anyone posted there. i'm thinking that perhaps there was an "incident" this weekend where someone skied off the backside and needed to be rescued.
