Who remembers the VISA card ...

Post by tyrolean_skier »

... with the Killington log and a skier on it? I remember that you would get certificates after spending a certain amount of money. I think it was an ASC type of thing and it was then replaced by a regular VISA card with no benefits.

I was cleaning up my home office and found it so it brought back memories.

One of my friends had the ASC Visa card & charged his business expenses on it. He had hundreds maybe thousands on this card in free money. If I remember right they sent you funny money in the mail which could be used at any ASC resort. When ASC was going out he had to use it or lose it. Had lots of free drinks on the mountain & dinners in Ovations on that funny money thanks to him. Yeah I left the tip.

Yup I had one and still have the replacement card. It was through Chase Bank.

We used to buy everything with the card. We ate free at the Grand Hotel and Wobbly on the bucks for over 3 years.
