Even though I agreed with you about K f*** up monday, after this thread I have to agree with HS, You are an idiot!

I wouldn;t go that far....Killington ( the actual mountain itself) simply blows those 3 away as far as terrain is concerned... Especially okemo, there is some good stuff to be found at the other 2 but seriously Pico is better than any of them, especially if ya live in close proximity...

Plus it's less of a drive. You're foolish for skiing here.skibikeclimbguy wrote:At least they care about their customers and update their infrastructure!

Mt Snow has some great glades + it has more than one lift that takes you bottom to top. However Okemo is no comparison.

Stratton is certainly one of the best in NE. Overall very well rounded out and nicely designed. They also constantly updating and make sure the crowds don't stay in one area. But they have been holding off the snow bowl express and kinderbrook express for quite some time now....
Okemo is a very nice resort and very well rounded out too. Great hotels, plenty to do around the resort, updated lifts......But the skiing is very bland. It seems like all the trails blend together sometimes. They all ride the same. No challenge and very little character.
I think Mike is doing a great job at Kmart. Once the lift projects begin, people will come back around. Sugarbush is in the same boat. The bush has some of the best skiing in NE and the resort is great but some of the lifts are a maintenance nightmare or just awful capacity......cough cough....Heaven's Gate...valley house......
I'm just happy it's killington that I go to most often and not stowe or Okemo. Most great mountains have their flaws.

Stowe??? I constantly drool over the weather that they get. We miss a lot of snow that hits Stowe and Jay.Ragged#1 wrote:Stratton is certainly one of the best in NE...

Just look at the average annual snowfall. The further north you go in VT. the higher it goes. Stowe supplements this with the best snowmaking system in VT.klondick wrote:Stowe???
