Want some opinions on the best deal for seasons tunes for couples. Basin is getting ridiculously expensive for the amount of times we have our skis tuned.

We use Forerunner but we have a family plan so no idea how much for a couple.

We use Aspen East and are happy.

Basin could be free and I wouldn't bring my skis there.

We use 1st Stop. Last year was $119 for a season tune which was up to 14 tunes on any ski/board I think it was.

How often do you get tunes? Might be worth it to pay as you go if you don't do it often.

The Basin allows you to do it each week.

Potters at Snowshed and the bottom of access rd are very reasonable and give excellent fast service.

Peak Performance best tune on the road. They do a 10 tune punch card on any ski or board for as long as it takes to fulfill, multiple season whatever till you get 10 tunes. Includes welds and stone grinds.

Peak Performance Like The Fiddle said^^

Ten tune card, and you can do multiple skis and boards
and even let a friend do one. Never expires.

If you don't mind the off access site, 1st stop give a good tune and any ski, yours, Paul's and our grand kids. Usually a very good tune and they like to know your name when you walk into the shop.

Another vote here for Peak Performance. We've had season tunes there for years. The flexibility to have tunes roll over multiple seasons is great. And Fred and his team are awesome.

I stopped by this past Sunday at 8AM and in my bleary state (impacted by Daylight Savings clock change), I asked if I could drop off skis for a tune. The guys turned on the Wintersteiger just to tune my pair and had them ready in 15 minutes. Now that is great service! Thanks, Peak dudes! :like

Have been going to First Stop many years now. Need to get the card early [March] for the best price.

Can be very convenient depending on where you are coming up from. Also, they stay open until midnight on Friday.

Not one mention of Northern Ski Works

... if you needed a weekly tune this season, you need to ski more groomers
