In case you did not hear, there is a major snow storm heading in tomorrow afternoon to Friday morning. You need to get staff here earlier than usual on Friday morning to get place up and running. PLEASE no excuses in getting this place up and running. You are the major ski resort in the east. Please act accordingly. Just saying because of past experiences...................Thank you.

Rest assured that the weather forecast is being scrutinized by all concerned, and will be acted upon to the max extent possible. This is a big revenue period, and customer satisfaction is number one. Ops will do the absolute best they can.
