powder hangover day ... our winning streak continues with another great day on the hill. when the mtn's wide open no way to hit everything, so spent the day hitting stuff i never got to yesterday like fiddle and the needles area nats & trees. though tracked out, wonderful western-like conditions on the trails. ovation continues to ski great. still plenty of fresh in the woods. and tomorrow we get the icing on the cake ...

This Monday to Friday will likely be the best 5-day stretch of skiing at K this season. Live it up!

Don't feel too sorry for those of us out west. Second powder day in a row with 15 inches in the last day, mostly sunny, temps in the 20s, and light winds.
Vail tidbit. Heard on the lift today that Vail increased their parking fee to $50.

Ok. Not relevant in any way to this thread but yes we hear you that you are out west and things are good and you are having fun. You keep doing that.PinnacleJim wrote:Don't feel too sorry for those of us out west. Second powder day in a row with 15 inches in the last day, mostly sunny, temps in the 20s, and light winds.

But anyway, it's good to have a few days of sweet conditions on the slopes at Killington. The next few days will be nice and some more good potential as February delivers some needed snow.

Today was good. I need younger legs. That is all.
