We should be at 100 percent

Killington finally bit the bullet and groomed out Upper Juggernaut and Sass + Solitude. All we need are Juggernaut Too and Rendezvous. Speaking of those two, why aren't they open and when was the last they were open? I was riding up the Sunrise Lift the other day and they looked fine. It seems Killington doesn't want to be at 100 percent. Either that or I am dumb and stupid and their is something clearly wrong with those two trails?
