The coolest thing yesterday was waving a beer and sandwich at the Cask And Flagon under the Munstah and hearing the Stones do a 5 song sound check. Once we were inside they kicked ass as usual. G, got worried this morning. Watching CNN and saw that they were carriying someone out of the concert on a stretcher. I thought, what did he do now! Then I heard it was a female and let out a sigh of relief. Glad you enjoyed it.

(Boston-AP, Aug. 22, 2005 Updated 1:02 PM) _ A Connecticut woman attending the Rolling Stones concert at Fenway Park was seriously injured after she fell from the rafters.

A fire department spokesman says the woman climbed to the rafters above Section One in the right field grandstand. Broadcast reports say the 20-year-old victim is from Westport, but police have not released her name.

Lieutenant David Pfeil says the woman was seen hanging from the rafters at about 10:15 p.m. before she fell 35 or 40 feet.

He says the woman apparently climbed up to the rafters during the concert. Witnesses tell Boston television stations that the woman was in the rafters for some time before she fell.

Police say the woman broke both her ankles and a wrist. She was last listed in stable condition at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
