MONDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.
SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL VERMONT BETWEEN 3 AM AND 5 AM MONDAY MORNING. THE SNOW WILL BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES BY DAYBREAK ON MONDAY.
