It is a 6 Bedroom, 4 Baths house, Clean, Organized, with Fireplace, an outdoor Jacuzzi, Huge Media Room, Wireless Internet, three TVs, two DVDs, Arcade Machine, Game Table, XBOX, Karaoke Machine, etc.
The share runs from November 2011 and it lasts until the end of April 2012. Share includes cable, wireless internet, bi-weekly cleaning, heating oil, electric, water, plowing, and firewood.

Half-Shares = $1375 • Couples = $2575

The half share entitles you for every other weekend from November 2011 and it lasts until the end of April 2012. Basically, we will divide the house members into 2 groups, A & B and each group will alternate weekends during the ski season. We’ll create Evite for each group and it’s very important that you use Evite to let us know if you are coming on your weekend.
We are fun crowd from New Jersey and New York City area in our 20’s to 40’s. Couples or singles – all are welcome.
