favorite long run

Post by f.a.s.t. »

Sometimes I like to take a long run before lunch. Here's one that I've done quite a few times:
Blue Heaven-Solitude-Sassafras-Bear Cub-Sundog. Very easy skiing before Lunch at Noel's.
Does anyone else have a long combination of trails like this?

I like to do the run we call Pauls Face....
K1>blue heaven>pipe dream>Bear TRax>GE>Cruise Control>GE>Home Stretch>GE>Skyeship

we call it Pauls Face because when we say lets go to Route 4 he always makes a face that says why? why do we have to do this?

Bet if there was a pair of tongs hanging from the Launch Pad sign, you would not have mixed them up. Bitch.

I use to like Great Eastern when it ran from the top to Rte 4. I know I can still do it via Launchpad, but sorry, it isn't the same. Instead I'll take skiing from the summit down to the Back Behind. It's got it all: a long run, a little poach, a little powder, and a little beer.

Second the Chinese Downhill on Great Eastern. Last year Barnibus smoked me at the hairpin close to the bottom. Felt him drafting for a good hundred yards only to be taken and owned at the hairpin. When playing with a boarders it is not fair to do a skiers tuck. Must turn upper body sideways to keep aerodynamics close to boarders profile. Also must do first run in morning when no fish are flopping like at the end of day.

You find any ptomaine with that beer at backbehind? Who picks you up after the beer? Er, I mean drives you back to the mountain not actually picks you up.

I am sorry, but the Back Behind sounds really like a nasty name for an establishment in a family orientated area.
