BMMC 2017
I know it's two weeks away but I think we need to start thinking and organizing. Dork needs people to help him set up. He is tired of doing the setup all by himself. I am injured so I cannot help him. If he doesn't get help, he might refuse to do it.
List of items needed if we are going to have a camp site:
tables
grills
gas canisters and charcoal
chairs
cooking utensils and knives
garbage bags
coolers
cutting boards
paper towels
napkins
condiments - ketchup, mustard, mayo
food to cook - hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, pork, etc.
hamburger and hot dog buns
desserts
Please add to list anything I might have forgotten

Re: BMMC 2017
That's because I am up late preparing food for the event and I get up to help pack stuff unto the truck. I then drive myself and Ally to the club to get booted up and in her case join her group. Don't know what I will do this year but I only have one good hand to help out.daytripper wrote:I will help out like I do every year. I have been there early to help dork the last 4 years. Thank you for your support over the years.

Re: BMMC 2017
Thanks for starting the thread...was just thinking about this years event back at Bear Mtn instead of the K1.
Will help set up for sure at 7AM. Looking forward to this Kzone camp.
I do not have a grill, but will have items that were on the list plus coolers full of fun.
The shotski will also make an appearance as usual.
Here is the band line up:
Entertainment
Jamie and the Junk Show 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Andy Lugo and the Dirty Boost 5:00 - 6:30 pm
Could not find the spectator rules on the website, so maybe there are none!
http://www.killington.com/site/to-do/ev ... /888327814" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Is anyone planning to compete?
Hoping for good weather too....

I'll be skiing in this for the first time. For the mogul challenge veterans- how does the tailgating work? Is it a free for all to grab a spot in the morning?

Yes. Most occurs on snow, and spots are first come first served.Griswold wrote: Is it a free for all to grab a spot in the morning?

Pretty sure that we need a volunteer to bring a donkey. If you get that covered you will be the rookie hero of the BMMC.Griswold wrote:Thanks! I'll get there early then. Realistically what time do you have to set up to have a decent chance at a spot on the snow? They open for setup at 6:30 am.
