We have been reimbursed in full. Killington screwed up, admitted it apologetically and emphatically and did the right thing to correct it and maintain our customer satisfaction and loyalty. There is not much more you can ask of an organization. All is forgiven.

You haven't disputed the charges on your card? I would have as soon as I got the second charge. You don't even have to call them, just log into your account and click on dispute charges. I doubt they are going to reimburse any interest charges you may incur so why would you not dispute it immediately when it happened?

Glad to hear they plan to do the right thing, but regardless if I get a charge on my card that should not be there the first thing I do is go and dispute the charge.
