Try Lands End. Sales book has waterproof shell (not sure if Gortex) For a little more, water and wind proof with all seems sealed. Might even see a discount like the sales info has (40%).

Not all gore-tex is created equal.

I go with gore-tex Pro. It's expensive, but I try to wait for the half off sales. You also need to regularly wash and treat gore-tex.
