EPIC SNOWS DEC 15th to late January.

Post by Devils Fiddle »

The patterns are coming in alignment finally and we should get dumped on the the next few weeks. This will start Sunday and continue for at least 5 weeks. This is according to the models.

Wait and see.

I agree in general. But too far out yet to really make me confident. I would say that the POTENTIAL for lots of snow will be created, more so than average or "normal" December whatever that means to anyone. The overall conditions will be correct for getting snow into New England and not flurries. Already planning out my 10 of 11 day xmas fun, hoping that we get enough for my snowmobile too!

I'm hoping that week will be like it was 3-4 years ago when there were 3 monster storms! That was the best week at K ever! :Toast

Past Decembers have seen poach on Devils Fiddle and OL. Picked up Mtnman and RustyK after they ruined their skis on OL. Roundabout is still in my videos on the gallery. Skiboardfreak enjoyed that. Best was 127" in 3 weeks. Rt 100 was a toboggan run by the lakes.

Love that forecast and just hope that it will come true. We need to do the snow dance.

Ouija board, crystal ball, weather god, Lionel Hutz, some new fangled Nate Silver weather model, does it really matter? Works for me... Of course, according to the Laseranimal theory of weather, we've now completely jinxed it.
