Hate to say it, butt there is going to be a lot more of this going on in the future. There's an old Victorian north of Portland Maine for $70K.
Small lot... Needs a ton of work. I'd like to pick it up and make it a life long project  Think Hanks / Long Money Pit.

The stock market is hanging on by a thread. If you want to buy real property... wait.

In Concord, NH section "8" people are moving into ranches. The capital can't have houses in disrepair. No one can predict the future - the tea leaves are not looking good.

Amazed at how many town owned properties there are around Manchester, NH. One reason the population is not rising more is over dose deaths (from State census).

Isn't Manchester, VT an upper class area for NY'ers. Hold on to your hats...

25 or so years ago that building housed some very well frequented businesses for pizza, nightlife and breakfast.

Okay, all real estate is local.

This must be owned by a large holding Co. They want the price they want and are willing to sit on it until they get The Price.

For reasons all of you skiers know this will work until it doesn't. At this point we don't know.

I’ll never forget the one random January Monday night when I walked into the college week bikini contest. :D

And if I recall was also the original location (or a location) of The Darkside snowboard shop. Possibly the first snowboard shop on the Access Road?

Not a horrible location for a well conceived, well run business but the inside of that building (esp. former Nite Spot) is a crappy, weird layout, low ceilings. Needs a lot of work, preferable with a bulldozer. And apartments? ha, ha. Probably a decent place to live with no commercial traffic.

The Nite Sport at one time was packed every Saturday for happy hour, then a 2-3 hour lull and then packed again for the night even with a cover charge. It was the place to go for the single crowd.

Most likely it won't even get to the reserve price . . .

Okay, I see the problem now, it's near Bennington, VT. Besides Springfield, MA the worst place in the North East.

Anyone else here remember Bilbos in that Building circa the very early 1980s?
